What does VB Estate Sales do?

-Organize all items in sale
-Clean any items that need to be washed or cleaned in order to gain top dollar
-Donate or dispose of remaining unwated items
-Pay for upfront advertising costs
-Sweep home once sale is completed


What happens once the sale is over?

-Remaining items are disposed of or donated.  What is donated will have reciepts for the responsible party.
-Once a total is calculated, advertising costs and our fee is deducted a check will be disbursed with the proceeds of the sale to the responsible party.
-The home will be swept and clear of debris
