What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale or estate liquidation is a type of garage sale, yard sale or auction to dispose of a substantial portion of the materials owned by a person who is recently deceased.

A Living Estate Sale is when someone is still living and is either moving to a smaller home, needs to consolidate,or moving into as assisted living or nursing home and is not able to take all their belongings with them.

An Estate Sale is held in the home and items are priced accordingly.  This is not an auction, although we do some biding on large itmes and sets.
